Hydrographic Survey

Hydrographic surveys provide data relating to water depth and the configuration of the bottom topography, heights and times of tides and water stages, and the location of fixed objects. The data collected from hydrographic surveys can be used for navigation planning, pipeline and bridge design, dredging, and conservation purposes. SURVCON uses a variety of equipment and procedures including conventional, semi-automated, and automated techniques to capture data. Our staff members are trained in boat and water safety and employ this knowledge in the execution of all hydrographic surveys. SURVCON has provided emergency hydrographic surveying services for several clients in the aftermath of hurricanes, ship wrecks, and other disasters.
